UF Institute of Black Culture
The UF Institute of Black Culture (1510 West University Avenue), part of the UF Dean of Students Office, sponsors programs, activities and services focused on educating campus and the community about black history and culture worldwide. It houses an impressive collection of traditional African art (sculpture, musical instruments and textiles), indigenous art from Papua, New Guinea and African-American artwork.
